From their precise dance routines to their elaborate costumes, these teams captivate audiences with their talent and dedication. Enjoy as we shine a spotlight on the Marcus Marquettes, one of our top dance costume consignors for 20 years.

The Marcus Marquettes are based in Flower Mound, Texas, at Marcus High School and have a long-standing history of excellence. 42 years and counting, this team has consistently showcased their talent and passion for dance. They have been able to perform at special events like the Texas Educational Theatre Association Opening Ceremonies, Super Bowl XLV, and Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.

Alice Dack, the director, leads with passion, expertise, and a commitment to excellence. She believes in the positive impact teachers can make on their students. With over 20 years of teaching experience, Alice brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the industry. When asked to share a practical tip for other directors, she highly suggests using the App “Band”, which allows directors to send practice reminders, videos, sign-up sheets, and more, all through one App.

Ms. Dack has created a supportive and empowering environment for her students to grow and thrive, emphasizing a commitment to serving their community and campus. Her favorite thing about teaching is the opportunity to work with such fantastic students every day and dreads when they leave each year.

The Marcus Marquettes exemplify the dedication, talent, and innovation that make drill teams such an integral part of high school culture. We eagerly await future performances with fantastic costumes!
